Discovery

We begin with a face to face discovery of our customer's needs. The details of the application requirements are clearly defined along with any budgetary considerations before the first recommendation is offered. Desired performance criteria are highlighted in an initial project scope and reviewed for customer approval.

Value Engineering

After the initial scope is customer approved, our engineering team reviews the requirements to determine the most efficient design. Often times these requirements can be met with one of our standard systems with minor modifications. After designing is complete, a detailed proposal is prepared along with required drawings and reviewed with our customer.

Manufacturing

After customer approval, we turn our ideas into a solution. Our procurement and operations team meet to review component requirements and stage the process of manufacturing, testing and delivery. Full 3D CAD drawings are completed to support manufacturing.

Pre-Delivery Testing

Each system undergoes a full functional test before shipment. Often times, we pre-program the controls to meet selected sequential operational profiles.

Full Documentation

Each system is delivered with full documentation for all critical components, operating manual and drawing pack.

On-Site Startup

Our certified technicians are available for field installation assistance and commissioning as well as continuing service for the life of each system we design. In addition, our engineers are available for telephone consultation and troubleshooting.
